Ameera Abdullah Al-Gogani, she holds a bachelor degree from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Faculty of Economics and Administration, Department of Systems, she started her work in the legal field since 1429/2008.

Represented the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in participating in the International Visitor Program (Professional Exchange of Saudi Women in Law) in the United States of America for the year 2012.

On 12/1/1434H corresponding to 10/6/2013, the Ministry of Justice issued, for the first time in the history of Saudi women, licenses to practice the profession. She completed the qualification and preparation program for arbitrators 1434/2013, which was prepared by the Commercial Arbitration Center for the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, and became a certified arbitrator from the Commercial Arbitration Center for the Cooperation Council for the Arab States without the Gulf.

And she obtained a fellowship of the legal advisor in the jurisprudence of Islamic finance and dispute settlement from the Saudi Judicial Scientific Society of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University and became a financial dispute settlement specialist and a specialist in Islamic finance and also an advisor in Islamic finance during the year 2020.

She became a key member of the Saudi Bar Association, and was appointed by the Minister of Justice, his Excellency Sheikh Dr. Walid Al-Samaani, to be a member of the Lawyers’ Committee in Makkah Al-Mukarramah on 6/9/1442H corresponding to 04/18/2021. Learn More
